If you want to keep your cats safe from this sicko neighbor then the cats have to kept inside. Even if you report him to the police its hard to prove he did kill them. WebOn top of that my female GSP died a year before that to cancer. So I was a mess dealing with grief about losing my 2 dogs. I got a new job in March 2024 so that helped. Anyway there was this cat that specifically had roamed the neighborhood for around 2 years. Around the time I got my job he was getting fed at the neighbors next door to me.
