Web15 jul. 2014 · I just replaced my 20+ years old Hydromatic pump as switch failed first time. Pump works fine in manual mode and I believe it is DA1 model. It is so rusted and I could not read the model number. I wonder if they introduced DA1 20 years ago. Replacement is 5 min job as I was able to use all old pipes including old check valve. In fact, that switch is so neat that, out of the box, it was in the wrong place to easily fit in my pit. I just loosened it, rotated it about 60 degrees, and tightened it down again. It should be a perfect fit.
