WebUm, no, I have all the character trophies and I never did a double grapnel boost takedown. I don't think they're possible. I've only ever done one, and I'm pretty sure I was did it when there were two henchmen next to each other and Batman still only took down one. It is possible to do a double ledge takedown, at least for Catwoman. Maybe it works just holding the space after the second tap for the boost. Good luck. It does: tap space twice and the third time hold it.
