WebJul 21, 2013 · Jul 21, 2013 at 6:23 PM. My son is 2 years & 4 months. We've noticed him every now and then (out of nowhere) tense up, clinch both of his fists and just freeze for a few seconds. Afterwards he goes back to whatever he is doing. It didn't really bother me until recently when I saw him do it and he looked wide-eyed.
